HomeSale by Design was established by Lani Clark Morand, a designer with a passion for great investment.

Lani studied Interior Design at BCIT and began working in the field in 1990. As the principal of Luscious Interior Design, she designed both residential and commercial projects.

In 2003, Lani began extensive studies in real estate marketing and home staging. In 2005, she formed HomeSale by Design to integrate her design, renovation and marketing talents.
